In a funny video making rounds online, a thief was seen being Tapped To A Pole in Ecuador.
The thief was caught by residents of a neighbourhood and was in the night tapped to a pole beside the road.
They used the industrial tape to keep strapped to the pole in such a way he can't even move leg.
He became a statue for social experiment without any form of physical assault on him.
